بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ
مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ
اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
In the name of Allah I exorcise you,
from everything that is harming you,
from the evil of every soul or envious eye,
may Allah heal you, In the name of Allah I exorcise you
Bismillahi Arqika
Min Kuli Shaiin yuzika
Min Sharri Kulli Nafsin Au Ainin Hasida

عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ، أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ اشْتَكَيْتَ فَقَالَ “ نَعَمْ ” . قَالَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ .
Abu Sa’id reported that Gabriel came to Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) and said:
Muhammad, have you fallen ill? Thereupon he said: Yes. He (Gabriel) said:
In the name of Allah I exorcise you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye, may Allah heal you, In the name of Allah I exorcise you
Sahih Muslim 2186 : Ruqya for an evil eye:
Narrated Um Salama:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) saw in her house a girl whose face had a black spot. He said. “She is under the effect of an evil eye; so treat her with a Ruqya.”
عَنْ زَيْنَبَ ابْنَةِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى فِي بَيْتِهَا جَارِيَةً فِي وَجْهِهَا سَفْعَةٌ فَقَالَ “ اسْتَرْقُوا لَهَا، فَإِنَّ بِهَا النَّظْرَةَ ”. وَقَالَ عُقَيْلٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. تَابَعَهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ.
