لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ، رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا، الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ
“There is no deity but Allah, the One, the Overpowering, Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Almighty, the Constant Forgiver.”
Lā ilāha illa Allāh, al-Wāḥid al-Qahhār, Rabb as-samāwāti wa al-arḍi wa mā baynahumā, al-‘Azīz al-Ghaffār Recite this dua when you find it difficult to sleep.
الكبرى للنسائي:٧٦٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَثَّامٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ إِذَا تَضَوَّرَ أَيْ تَقَلَّبَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ قَالَ «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ

[Machine] “It is narrated that when the Prophet ﷺ would awake at night, he would say, ‘There is no god but Allah, the One, the Irresistible, the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Mighty, the Forgiving.'”
