اللهم أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ اشْفِهِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
O Allah remove the trouble, Lord of the people, cure (this patient), for You are the Healer. None brings about healing but You; a healing that will leave behind nothing of the disease.
Allaahumma adhhibil-ba’s Rabban-naas ashfi antash-Shaafi laa shifaa’a illaa shifaa’uka shifaa’a laa yughaadiru saqama

A’isha reported Allah’s Messenger (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as saying: When Allah’s Messenger visited the sick he would say:. Remove the trouble, Lord of the people, cure (this patient), for You are the Healer. None brings about healing but You; a healing that will leave behind nothing of the disease.
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا عَادَ مَرِيضًا يَقُولُ “ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ اشْفِهِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا ”
